About the Academy
At Ben L. Smith Signature Career Academy of Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering, students learn by doing through a hands-on curriculum that combines classroom instruction with real-world experience in advanced manufacturing and engineering. From CAD and CNC machining to robotics and fabrication, they gain the skills and certifications needed for success in high-demand STEM fields. To meet growing industry needs, the academy partners with local businesses to align training with workforce demands, creating opportunities that benefit both students and the community.
